Euro-Salaries to comparison
If you could choose, in what European country would you rather work? Before answering (perhaps thinking of the artistic wealth or of the natural beauties), do not forget a fundamental element: the salary. In fact even if the coin is the same for the twelve countries of the economic and monetary union, the pay packets still remain very various.

Some recent investigations put under exam the salaries of the workers of the greater European nations (Great Britain included, which also does not adhere to the Euro), also considering the differences of cost of the various countries.
Europeans middle manager: who is better?
As was easy to foresee, it is the solid German economy that assures the best salaries (total pay per year for a middle manager of about 75.000 euro, equal almost to the gain of a manager of the Netherlands).
To surprise there is Spain at the second place, even though the middle manager earns a 15% less than the German colleagues.
Italy closes the rating with an average of 45.300 euro.
There are not big changes for the category of the employees: the richest live in Germany (44.000 euro per year), the poorer live in Italy (28.500 euro per year). Spain is always at the second place.
For the managers Italy rises to the third place (total pay of about 90.000 euro per year). At the first and second place we still find Germany and Spain.
The pay packet of the italian middle management
In Italy the North proves to be richer also in the pays, and particular are the areas Piedmont and Lombardy to raise an average that the North East tends to level.
Also the centre of Italy presents a quite high average, with a few significant blows for instance in Rome.
Will something change with the euro? The experts answer positively, but the comparison among euro-salaries will be possible only between macro homogeneous areas under the point of view of the economic development. Once more and how as always it will be the market to dictate the rules.
