How do we work?

Senior consultants will thoroughly investigate your wishes and demands.
With the information gathered they will liase with the consultants in the country where you want to carry out your search assignment.
After these discussions they will suggest to you an approach and methodology, possibly supplemented with additional information on the local situation.

When the assignment is confirmed, local consultants (if desired assisted or project managed by the consultants in your own country) will carry out the necessary detailed work and, in due course, to agreed time tables, introduce you to their carefully selected candidates.

You can contact the Enex representative in your own country (see 'European Offices' for detailed information) or approach our Central Office Europe. If you fill in the information request form, they will ensure that the appropriate consultant contacts you.
